That was back in 2019. The year after that I upgraded this full suite, with discount, solely using the Adobe website. Back then I decided to go all out and I nabbed the full 'Elements suite': the combination of Photoshop (Elements) and Premiere (Elements) combined. when the next version came along I got tempted so I registered my version on the Adobe website, and in return I was provided a substational upgrade discount. I could use it without ever bothering myself with Adobe themselves. What I'm referring to: My first Photoshop Elements was a purchase on the Microsoft store. And even acknowledges 3rd party purchases. It only gets worse (or better!) from here on, depending on how you look at things: Adobe even provides you with upgrade discounts.
